The unit look just like on the website, all the room was very nice and clean, if you plan to use the oven please check make sure it's clean when we used it there were some grease which cost a lot of smoking also if you plan to use the gas grill on the patio make sure all the heat plates are free of debris which I have to clean before I can use it, the place is very quiet and peaceful except for Friday and Saturday night because of live music from the Brewer restaurant, it was very nice to have a full size washer and dryer at the unit which help with less clothing you need to bring.
Great location and great fit for our family of 10. We would definitely stay there again. Both the host and onsite manager were very responsive and helpful.

This property worked perfectly for our family of 14, including 6 kids 10 and under. It is clean and well stocked with all essentials and the location was perfect for us, particularly the easy access to The Village shops and restaurants and Mammoth Brewing Company next door. We were very pleased on all fronts. The tight stairwell that connects all three levels could be challenging for elderly although that did not affect us. Communication with the owners was always immediate and simple. We will definitely return!
We had a wonderful stay at Treehouse2! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything our family needed. The location was perfect—close to town while still feeling peaceful and surrounded by nature.
The multi-level space worked great for our family of 11 (7 adults and 4 teens), with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring Mammoth. We especially appreciated the clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process; the communication from the owners, quick response from the onsite property manager, and convenient off-street parking. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Treehouse2 to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home base for a Mammoth getaway. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Yes, our 3 levels allow great separation and privacy, with the expansive "great room" for your gathering, groups love this weather 2 or 3 couples or even 2 or 3 large families! We also host team and corporate events that find room for up to 15, and with our 2nd unit across the hall... up to 30 can bed down and gather. We hope to see you again soon!!

Our stay at the Treehouse was fantastic. We had 3 generations of skiers and everyone was able to spread out for sleeping and be together for meals and games. Location can't be beat, steps to the gondola and restaurants. Thanks David!

This place was great for our two families! Located next to the Gondola and right there in the Village! The only thing missing in this space was a boot dryer- which was much needed after a day of spring ski, but other than that the kitchen was stacked full with everything needed to cook, plenty of towel and linens, and a open plan kitchen with adjoining large family room and fireplace. Hosts were quick to respond in communications. We had a great stay!
I stayed a at David’s condo with a group of 7 adults. The condo is well set up and we had ample room for our group. The place was clean and well equipped. Its proximity to the village made getting to the slopes a breeze and we were able to enjoy the other amenities the village offers. I would recommend David’s condo and hope to stay again.

Easy communication with host. Smooth check-in. Great location next to gondola. I have stayed numerous times in this complex, this unit is definitely one of the best. Location in the complex is convenient. The best feature of the unit though is its use of space. Every square foot has been maximized and thought out perfectly. 8 real, comfortable, beds, and it never feels cramped in the sleeping areas. Highly recommended. I will try to rebook this unit when I return.

Great owner/host. Well equipped and maintained. Steps away from Village Gondola, Mammoth Brewery and other shops and restaurants. Unique configuration with many separate beds which worked great for our 9-person guys ski trip. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
This was our second time here because we loved it so much the first time. Same, big group and everyone came back. We love this place and will come back every year we can. Perfect accommodations for a memorable ski weekend at Mammoth!

This is the second year we have stayed at Treehouse 2 with our family of 11. After staying here, we would not stay anywhere else. The short walk to the gondola & Village is wonderful. Having an indoor pool & spa is such an added bonus, not to mention lockers, elevators & indoor parking. The owners & property manager make the stay so easy! We highly recommend Treehouse condos.
Host was super helpful and welcoming, location was excellent (especially after they opened Canyon), we fit the whole clan in the place comfortably, cooked a thanksgiving meal easily with all the counter space, and had an excellent time. Looking forward to coming back!

The location here was fantastic! So much to do. The shuttle to the gondola is right out side. Restaurants and cute shops right next door. The host David was very responsive and helpful. Just make sure you understand the sleeping arrangements if you have a large group and read your instructions as there are lots of codes! Wonderful stay in the Treehouse!!

Great location! Well appointed amenities. Responsive host. Perfect for large groups. The only challenge was parking - 2 spots for 12 people. Other than that, it was perfect. Walkable to everything, and plenty of space to gather. Thank you for a special stay!
Perfect Ski Vacation
Easy walking distance to the Village Gondola, you can easily ski back to the lodge. We comfortably slept 12 adults in the house. Cooked/grilled the nights that we stayed. The house had everything you needed to make meals. They had books, games, fast internet, comfortable beds, in unit washer/dryer, ski-lockers, and Dan the property manager helped make the whole experience very enjoyable. Would definitely come and stay again. thanks!
The best location ever
The Treehouse condo is literally the closest condo to the village gondola which made everything so convenient. The owners are SO great - extremely accommodating in every way. The onsite manager who literally lives in the unit under comes and takes care of any issue if you have any. I would most definitely return and stay here again. Thank you!

Our group of 7 fit nicely and the location is perfect to the village restaurants and bars as well as the gondola to the base. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property is fabulous. It is lovely and well-appointed. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back. Communicating with the Hosts was super easy and they are super responsive.
Great place! Walk 1 block to the village gondola or just walk around the shops and restaurants in the village.
Lots of space! We easily fit 9 people and never felt crowded even in the common areas.

What a fantastic condo! The layout for our family of 11 was perfect. The convenience to the gondola, restaurants, etc was awesome! Our 5 grandsons loved the pool & recreation area. The covered parking, lockers & elevators were such an added bonus. We loved it!!
Besides the amazing location and the well kept space, our stay was made even better by the amazing host helping us with our stay. They were able to accommodate additional parking due to other units in the building being vacant.
There is an easy, accessible unloading zone that makes it a breeze to get into the unit with an elevator that takes you right to the door. The unit was great for families (if you don't mind your kids being in your room). They truly maximized the space for people to have beds. All the beds were comfortable, clean and not too crammed together. The living area was well kept with a comfortable couch and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery, and cups for everyone! Would highly recommend booking. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

We had the best family trip! The condo was located in the perfect area all walking distance to the village! We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! The condo also had more than enough room for the entire family!

David's condo is wonderful - checks all the boxes for a perfect stay in Mammoth: (1) adjacent to the Village, huge (3 floor) unit with large common areas and bedrooms; (3) renovated and nicely decorated; (4) well stocked kitchen; (5) ski lockers (if skiing); (6) locked indoor parking garage w/2 dedicated spots; (7) adjacent game room/pool/hot tub; (8) outdoor decks and grill; and (9) comfortable beds and linens. In additional to all of this, the communication from the property owners was amazing and so easy, and the instructions are beyond comprehensive and helpful. In short, the place is amazing. Our family was extremely happy with the experience we had here. It is a lovely ski-in ski-out condo. The gondola is next door which (with a beautiful view) takes you up to canyon lodge. We rented skis there, right next to the lifts. Best part was we were able to store our skis and boots there also instead of lugging them back to the condo. The treehouse was perfect for our family. We loved the open flow of kitchen, dining, and living. Plenty of beds and cozy bedding. All of the bedding was high quality even down to the throw blankets. We are a cooking family. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities; pots, pans, dishes, etc. The keyless entry was awesome. Everyone put the codes in their phones and could come and go as pleased. We were there in March. Mammoth had received record snow levels. Thankfully we had a parking garage with prime a parking spot. I could go on and on about how much our family enjoyed our experience. We will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.
We rented both Treehouse I and II for our annual Mammoth ski trip. We are a group of 6 families with kids aging from age 1.5-7 yo. These units would be good for groups of all ages because of the setup/location. The condos were absolutely perfect. Dave, as a host, was always quick to respond with any questions. Dave was very accommodating on the day of our checkin, trying to get us in the condo as early as possible, and assisting us with extra parking spots. To have underground parking during winter weather was a huge bonus. During our stay the townhomes were so well stocked and in impeccable condition that there was never any need to reach out to Dave. The bedrooms downstairs were very spacious, and even the upstairs loft/bedroom was a good size. The units were down the hall from one another, so it was easy to spend time as a group. The location cannot be beat. It was a very easy walk to/from the village which made it very simple to access the slopes for first runs or the occasional afternoon meetup. And shuttle stops in every direction we're easily accessible, so there was no need for driving. Overall this was one of our best trips so far, and we truly have only good things about the entire experience. We would definitely highly recommend the unit

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay in Treehouse 2. The home was well appointed, well taken care of and very clean. The owners clearly take great care of this property. The location and proximity to the Village in Mammoth was awesome; we walked to the gondola as well as the village multiple times during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay.
We have stayed here several times over the years and each time it's amazing. Owners are extremely accommodating, organized and very communicative. More importantly, the unit is beautiful, clean and supplies all the comforts of home. It has everything you could possibly need and more. Also, the owners are just a quick call or text away and always responsive and caring. There is no better place to stay in mammoth. We love mammoth treehouse.

We stayed at the Treehouse during the pandemic. It was a perfect and safe get away. The house was super clean and beautiful. Stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this home. The communication with the host/owners was easy and great. They answered any questions we had and if/when we encountered any issues, we were helped right away with a super nice response. The location is fantastic, right in the village. Right outside there are spots where are younger children could play. We recommend this as for multiple family trips.
Dave (Owner) was fantastic in all aspect. Great communicator (fast response) and very nice to deal with. The condo is a fantastic option if you want a big and modern condo in a great location. Very hard to find options for 13 people with 4 bathrooms. Lots of beds with extra blankets. The condo is modern in decor. Lots of kitchen amenities to make cooking easy and fun. Fridge did not dispense water or ice (but owner provided multiple ice trays in the freezer). Lots of sitting room in the big living room area. The location was a very short walk to the village. Parking was in the adjacent building, a few steps walk to the condo. I liked having the option for Elevator (we had 2 elderly people). The BBQ grill was big and heated up quickly. We did not use the pool. I would not hesitate to book this place again
This place is AMAZING! Beautifully upgraded and close to the village! It made for a perfect spot for our group of families to come stay with ample space to sleep and eat! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to others and hope to return soon. Dave is an awesome host and very easy to get in contact with. We all loved it!!

The Treehouse property was exactly as advertised and more. It easily accommodated 9 adult men with separate beds. The overall amenities were great. The kitchen was fully equipped for the gourmet chefs in our group. The location couldn’t be better. It is a very short walk from the condo to the gondola which takes you up to the slopes (shorter than most ski area lodges to the lifts). The condo is next to the village so it is a short walk to at least 10 restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive to questions that we had during our stay. Our group has been traveling on ski trips over the last 15 years to various ski areas and this is the best place and location we have stayed. We all highly recommend.
Everything about this rental was ideal for our large family getaway! Location was perfect- right by the gondola to Canyon Lodge and the Village (could walk everywhere). Plenty of beds/baths and hang out space when we were off the mountain. Ample parking and storage for ski/snowboard gear. Easy communication when needed from property manager as well! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This is just about the best location you will find in Mammoth. That alone makes the house worth booking. The condo itself was great as well for a large group of extended family. All of the rooms/amenities were great, but the couch bed was practically unusable due to discomfort. Other than that, our trip was great and the house was perfect!

I’ve been going to Mammoth for about 10 years now and this is hands-down the nicest place I’ve been. The place is so well kept, decorated and clean. Even the bathrooms are nice! Appliances spot on as well. Definitely will come back every year. Owner is super friendly and helpful.
we had 3 families stay in this property and it worked out very well. Plenty of space, very comfortable, and generally had all that we need. We felt like the carpet could use some updating and it wasn't quite as 'glamorous' as the listing made it look but it was convenient and worked out very well for our group. This property worked out perfectly for our stay in Mammoth Lakes. We had a wedding and this accommodated 3 families very comfortably. Very spacious kitchen/gathering room combo which was a great place to hang out. Excellent location. Great communication with property manager. Would definitely recommend. If I had one negative, it would be the cleanliness of the hallways outside of the unit. Other than that, it met all expectations.
Just returned from a great family vacation, 6 adults, 5 kids at Mammoth Mountain, Ca. Stayed at Treehouse#2 adjacent to Mammoth Village. Plenty of activities for kids as adults. The Treehouse condo was extremely clean and stocked with all necessary items. If you're contemplating a family vacation I would highly recommend the Treehouse. We've been coming to Mammoth the past 5 years for annual fishing trip and has been by far the best condo we've rented. We were a party of 11 (3 families) and each family was more than comfortable with the accommodations especially since their is a bathroom for each room, plus an additional one in the main living area. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking to eating to cocktails (except food, of course). And the layout from kitchen to the living room is perfect for everyone to hang out and interact. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and of course wifi for their ipads was good. Located walking distance to the village is nice, but would of been great if the gondola was working. We'll just have to return in the winter when Im sure it is running.

This was the first time vacationing with god friends and their kids. This property was just perfect for our group of 8, with room for more. The condo was extremely well stocked in the kitchen for cooking meals. And we all appreciated the wonderful collection of books to read and games to play. This property was very nicely decorated and clean. We all felt comfortable right away. The location is also perfect. Right in between The Village Mammoth and Mammoth Brewing. I also enjoyed and appreciated all the open and easy communication with Dave, the property owner. I can’t wait for our next visit back staying in this property.
We are three generations and three families that planned a Yosemite camping trip only to be smoked out by a major fire (Ferguson) that closed the park. I proposed glamping instead. And did we ever. Gifted with the incredible availability of Dave's Treehouse in Mammoth and overwhelmed with it's charm, amenities, and location all I can tell you is this has to be the best place in Mammoth. We, our adult children and their children were able to enjoy meals at a very large dining table together. Play games together. And separate to enjoy outside activities in abundance. These varied from lake rafting to sneaking sounds from the Mammoth Bluesapalooza event (basically next door in the pines) while BBQing on the porch. Did I mention Mammoth Brewing just downstairs. Also every meal not a picnic was prepared in the fabulous kitchen - that's rare. A quibble - missing a coffee grinder but Dave phoned to inquire on us, apologized and I'll bet there's a coffee grinder there now. First of all, communication was on point with Dave and others involved! It’s such a relief when you know your questions will be answered promptly when planning family trips! Second, the house is perfect for large families. Location is prime and it had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. We visited in summer, but it looks well prepared for winter weather with heaters in every room! We look forward to returning! Thanks Dave!
My family and I just had an amazing vacation for a week at the beautiful treehouse #2, it fit all 13 of us with extra space and we had plenty of seats in the dining room. We also couldn't have asked for a better location with just being a few steps from the Village with shops and dining, and 4 minutes away from the local grocery store Vons. The treehouse was very updated, with plenty linens and towels, and the kitchen also had more than what we needed for our home cooked meals. Dave and Jacob were also very responsive and let us check in early then what was scheduled. Would definitely be recommending this place for friends and family and planning on staying again soon.
We just finished a week stay at the Treehouse2 and it was perfect! There were 10 of us and everyone had their own bed. The well-stocked kitchen made group meals super easy. Plenty of seating in the open kitchen/dining room and living room. There are tons of activities nearby, including a brewery next door and being steps away from the village with more restaurants/bars. There was really nice hiking within a few minute drive and it was easy for people to do bike rentals, etc. from the Village. The complex itself is quiet and felt private.. Most importantly, Jacob and David made it so easy. They send you all the necessary information ahead of time and are very responsive to questions. It was very clean and had plenty of towels, linens, etc. I would rent this place again in a heart beat!

My family and 2 others all stayed at the Treehouse 2 this week and had an amazing time!! This condo fit 6 adults and 7 kids perfectly, was walking distance to the village gondola, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and ready for us to check in right on time, even a little early. Marion, Dan and Dave were all very prompt at responding back to my questions, incredibly helpful and nice people! We will definitely stay with them again!! I can not recommend these accommodations enough! Thank-you for an amazing winter vacation!
This was a very nice condo, as advertised. The set up is ideal for large groups or a couple of families, and the kitchen is properly stocked with everything you could need to cook for a large group. The owners were very easy to reach, clear in their instructions, and kindly accommodating to a special request. The location is also ideal - just a few minutes walk to the gondola and village.

The condo was spotless and conveniently located. David and Marian were both very helpful before and during our stay. There was so much to do in Mammoth and this was definitely the perfect place to stay.

We all had a wonderful vacation at the treehouse. The location was great. My mom was able to use the elevator to go from the master suite to the living quarters without issue. It was one great experience we won't forget. We thank you and David once again. One thing we noticed was the freezer door handle was loose but still opened fine. Overall we would rate our time at the treehouse excellent. We would gladly stay with you again!

What a Beautiful Townhome at the base of the Village! Everything was perfect! Had trouble with the garage door opener, but the repair response was quick so no problem. We had a wonderful time and hope to book it again for another stay.
