The Treehouse was exactly what we needed for our Mammoth trip. We come up 2–3 times a year and this condo made it easy to bring the extended family together with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The location is ideal - central to the Village, quick access to the mountain, and super convenient ski and snowboard storage.

We were also heading up ahead of a massive storm, and Dave was incredibly accommodating - working with us on some last-minute adjustments and allowing an early check-in, which made a big difference for our family. Everything was comfortable, well set up, and exactly as advertised. We’ll absolutely stay here again.

We had our family here for a week. The place was well stocked in all areas, communication with owners and managers excellent, and it was walking distance to so much. Wi-fi and transportation very accommodating. It will be perfect when construction across the street is done.

Can't beat the location of this rental. It's just a few steps away from the Village and Gondola. Parking is plentiful and were willing to accommodate our extra cars. You can't hear any noise from the neighboring units which was nice. There were enough beds for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of games and plenty of kitchen items to have all you need to cook meals. Owners were very friendly and responsive.

Mammoth snow season

Property was great for getting onto the slopes. Parked the cars in the garage and did not have to take them out for the entire trip. Had everything we needed to bbq and cook all meals. Short easy walk to Gondola. Would stay again. Sent all info on how everything works before arrival.

Great condo, amazing location

The condo was as advertised - great for groups, with all the amenities and convenient lockers for those looking to ski/board. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival, and the owners were very responsive to all our questions. And the location of the condo was fantastic. Basically in the village - an easy walk to the gondola, ticket/rental center, food, shops, etc. Will definitely look to book the Treehouse again for our next mammoth stay

Mammoth Ski Trip

We rented Treehouse 1 and 2 which were just about as close as we could get to having one “house” for our group. The two units are just a short walk down the hall from one another. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and allowed us to host everyone together for dinners. The bedrooms were all very clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and separate bathrooms. Can’t get any closer to the village and gondola! Rec center was great as well. The hosts had excellent communication and exceeded our expectations. We loved our trip and would stay here again.

Large group of 15 had an absolute blast staying at Treehouse! Almost as close as you can get to the village gondola that takes you straight to the mountain, everything within walking distance and accessible by trolly. Family Vacation

Nice Place to stay

The unit was nice for all members of our family. Everyone had a nice comfortable bed to sleep in. The unit was a good size for the 11 family members that were there. The condo was walking distance to the village, which was great for the young family members. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. When I had a question for the host he was very quick getting back to me. He was always able to effectively address the issue and a solution. We will stay at this condo in the future. Thanks Dave.

The ideal Mammoth stay This was a wonderful stay! The location is ideal, the property was appealing and luxurious with every amenity we could have wanted, and all was in good condition/order when we arrived, clean and ready to go, no hassles. By far the nicest and best located property we've stayed at in Mammoth (this now our fourth visit to the area). You can absolutely believe and trust in the listing for the property (amenities etc), what you see there is exactly what you get! What further sets Treehouse 2 apart are the owners, Dave and Jacob Margolin. They were clear, helpful, and responsive from the time of booking, and provided by far the most complete and easy to follow check in, parking, usage, and check out instructions I've ever seen with a property rental. No gaps, no unanswered questions or surprises - it was all there, and the attention to detail and resulting smoothness of the process made an already fabulous experience that much better. Dave and Jacob clearly want customers to have a great time and be satisfied, as was exemplified by their checking in with us by text shortly before arrival and encouraging us to reach out with any needs or questions (we had none, but it was so nice to know they cared and would have been ready to help if we had!), and then following up with us the day of checkout to ask how things went. This is a level of customer service that is sadly rare nowadays and is a beautiful thing to experience. We hope to visit Mammoth again in the future and would absolutely seek out the Treehouse property again. Highly and unequivocally recommended! All the best - Tony

Great mountain getaway

The treehouse 1 unit is so beautiful and nice. The space appears to be recently renovated and it is kept up very well. It is clean, there is plenty of space for a large family or multiple families, and you have most everything you need there. We walked just a few steps to the get to the village restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, great location

The place manages to sneak many beds into the space. It makes for a cozy environment but doesn’t fell tight. The place is super convenient getting to and from the mountain, and has all the amenities. Would return if I’m back in mammoth with a large group.

Amazing

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. Everything is always amazing and I wouldn’t change a thing If I HAD to give any suggestions it would be more towels. But honestly it wasn’t detrimental. We did a load of laundry after using the hot tub so we had clean towels. Not a huge deal

Amazing place!

I stayed at Dave’s place for my brothers bachelor party with 15 people and had a blast! There was plenty of parking and it was a 2 minute walk to the slopes. Very cleanly and would highly recommend for large groups. Dave made the whole process seamless as well!

We were 2 families visiting and all of us had such an enjoyable stay at David’s place. He provided all necessary info about check-in/out and stay, and was very quick to respond to us. The location is prime, you can see Gondola from balcony window and although it’s just a stone’s throw away from restaurants, shopping, gondola, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful-best of both worlds. The unit is well laid out, and it was nice to be able to access both levels via common elevator for ease of unloading. It was very clean, updated, and well appointed with a good amount of towels, blankets, soap, etc. We went up over MLK weekend and the snow was heavy, so I appreciated that bldg was constantly clearing the path around all entrances and garage for ease of access. Excellent host, we look forward to returning!

Fabulous location. 2 min walk to the gondola. We came back every day for lunch. House was clean, neat, well stocked. Would stay there again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Treehouse 1! We were three families, with kids ranging from 6-13, and stayed for 4 nights. The location was ideal for us, being minutes away from the gondola, as the older kids would want to stay longer on the slopes, the younger kids would want to come back and play, and everyone could go up and down the mountain with ease. There was plenty of room for three families to spread out. We cooked together nightly and found the kitchen to be well-stocked and easy to use. Only one issue came up for us during our stay - a smoke alarm was running low on battery and started beeping. The owners were easy to reach by text and extremely responsive - the building manager came quickly and replaced the battery. Everyone used the hot tub and pool nightly and loved it. Thank you - we cannot wait to be back!

Treehouse 1 was fantastic. Great location for access to both the Village, restaurants and the gondola for skiiing. Underground parking was a great perk. The unit provided a great atmosphere for our group with plenty of room. We will definitely return.

Treehouse Vacation Rentals

Great place to stay for larger groups in the village area. Clean and has elevator

LOCATION is unbeatable! Just steps from the lift, the gondola, and all the shops and restaurants. Great interior finishes. Lots of natural light. We were stoked to have our car parked in a secure, indoor garage. The elevator is nice for moving heavy luggage. The layout is very conducive for larger gatherings and the bedroom areas are great for family units to group up. The spa tub was fun. We never used the pool or the big spa in the building next door, but I imagine we will next time!

This was a great place for our family of 11. The pool, hot tub and game room were fun for all ages. Loved being able to leisurely stroll to cafes and stores in the village just around the corner. There was a little bit of street noise in our corner unit but we got used to it. The beds were very comfortable, the unit was clean (and I'm fussy), and the owner and manager were responsive. Also loved having a variety of lakes and hiking trails nearby. Just a great vacation experience!

We stayed here in March of 2021. We had a great visit. The gentlemen who own the place were very helpful and responsive. The condo was everything we wanted. Steps from the gondola and great restaurants, which helps when you have small kids. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Well stocked for cooking and having meals in the condo. We had the BEST stay in this beautiful place! The layout of the home is fantastic for families with kids of all ages!!! The sunsets are gorgeous from the balcony! The beds are comfy! The house is super clean! We would love to visit and stay here again!

We spent a week at Treehouse 1 with our extended family. There were 7 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of space for all. It is clean and well appointed. It is definitely convenient to the village and the gondola. We enjoyed our time together there.

After I returned home from several days of relaxation at the Treehouse earlier this month, I got busy with work and realized I forgot to write a review about this place: it was awesome! If I wasn't so impressed by the responsiveness of the owner and the quality of the place, I probably would not have been motivated to write a review after getting back into my daily routine - but I was impressed and Dave and the Treehouse were great! Place had everything we could have wanted or needed and is perfectly situated between The Village and (importantly) Mammoth Brewing. Plenty space and nooks to allow everyone in the group a place of their own to relax. And very clean, too! (Something my wife and I are very particular about, so if I'm saying the place is clean, trust me, the place is clean.) Will definitely be coming back to the Treehouse in the future; no doubt. tjz

Our extended family had a wonderful stay here! The house was great for our large group of 12. There were very comfortable beds for us all and a good number of bathrooms too. The location was very central to all the hikes that we wanted to do around Mammoth. It was right next to the Mammoth Village as well - which was fun to walk to for their restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream shop. The gondola is right there as well - literally two minutes from the condo.

The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We all appreciated the washer and dryer as well. The wifi was fast too. David also did an excellent job of answering any questions that we had and keeping us informed. He always responded in a very timely fashion.

We would definitely recommend staying here!

Tons of space and excellent location. A great vacation rental for multiple families and tons of kids. Couldn’t ask for a better setup. Only downside is an indoor hot tub I’m just not a fan.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay here with our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Overall, the property was well-maintained with nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen. There was plenty of sleeping space, including the loft with bunk and full size beds which was perfect for the kids. The open layout main floor had a roomy, well-equipped kitchen connected to a spacious living room area with a cozy gas fireplace. The prime location in The Village provides a convenience store and offered a short 4 min walk to catch the Red line shuttle to the slopes. There's also a rec room where our kids battled each other in foosball and spent some relaxing time in the indoor pool/hot tub. Perhaps most importantly, Jacob/Dave were very responsive and great hosts. We highly recommend considering this property for your next vacation!

We stayed at the treehouse over Labor Day weekend. We had a big group too and the this unit was perfect. Very nice, super clean and very easy to book. Dave has wonderful customer service and quick response to questions. Thank you .

This is a fantastic condo for a large group. The home is gorgeous, very spacious and location is ideal. We had nine adults and two children and could have easily accommodated four more people in beds without even needing to use the sofa sleepers. The four full bathrooms makes it very convenient and the kitchen was wonderful it took in. Dave responded quickly to all inquires and was very accommodating. We highly recommended staying at the Treehouse.

This is a great condo in a fantastic location! We had 3 families with a bunch of boys and it fit us so well. The boys got the loft while each couple got their own room and bathroom. Beautiful inside and literally only steps from the gondola at the village. Owner was very welcoming and provided very detailed information. We look forward to staying here again!

We really loved the Treehouse Condo! Our group of 14 had plenty of room and slept comfortably. We rode the mountain two of the three days and walked right over to the gondola for quick access. We ate at a few spots in the village and easy access to Mammoth Mountain Brewery was a real nice perk. With a large group, having 4 bathrooms spread across 3 floors was a game changer. Plenty of seating and space on the main floor for socializing, eating, food prep, etc. Condo is fully stocked with pillows, bedding, extra blankets, towels, and a well appointed kitchen. For parking more than 2 cars, the best deal that we found was just down the road at the RV resort. $15 per night was a heck of a lot better than the $40/night just across the way.

We strive to make our accommodations a place you'll want to return to year after year, and so it's great to hear we are meeting your needs with your large group of 14. While I'm glad to hear that you did find a good spot for your extra cars, we do typically have plenty of extra parking beyond the initial 2 assigned spaces in our underground parking. These extra spaces can, however, run out during the busiest holiday weekends, so it is best to get into town early for those spots if your arriving on a Holiday Friday evening, then we can assign them for the duration of your stay. It's hard to find a ski condo that has enough room for everyone to hang out together. The great room is fantastic. A huge couch plus another to the side provided enough space for 7 of us to be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the beds and bathrooms did too. Separating the bedrooms by floors made it really easy for my son and his friends to have one location while the rest of us had a quieter spot on the first floor. The location is amazing, literally steps from the Village gondola and shops. We will definitely come back!

The condo was absolutely perfect for us! Great location, very comfortable for a large group. It's hard to find a place that lends itself to 7 people who want to hang out together and be comfortable. The couch was HUGE with another off to the side. The kitchen was well equipped and seated all of us. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Very easy to use the codes for entry, lockers and garage (smart not to have keys!). We also could not have asked for a better location. Literally steps from Village gondola and shops. We will be back!!

The location of this condo is perfect. Right in between Mammoth Brewing and The Village. This property exceeded my expectations. It was very well stocked in the kitchen with plenty of space to cook. We went with another family and their kids and there was more then enough space for us all. The decor and cleanliness was wonderful. We will definitely be back for more stays. And communication with Dave, the property owner, was easy, open and helpful. Our friends and I had a wonderful, comfortable long weekend staying at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home right next to Mammoth Village. We had lots of space. The beds were very comfortable and the finishes throughout were very, very nice. Everything has been updated, remodeled, and done well. There were lots of little details such as soaps and lotions in all four bathrooms and plush towels/bedding that really made a difference. The location is outstanding, right next door and a short walk to Mammoth Village with numerous shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Unload everything at the front door of the unit off the main road off canyon Blvd vs the garage (just easier and shorter distance). The lockers are right next to that front door, actually first lockers to the right so I would recommend always using that exit/entry when coming in vs the door on the garage side. Again, awesome place if you are loookijg for something with a perfect location. Thanks!

This was a very nice condo, as advertised. The set up is ideal for large groups or a couple of families. The owners were very easy to reach, clear in their instructions, and kindly accommodating to a special request. The location is also ideal - just a few minutes walk to the gondola and village.

We had a wonderful stay at Treehouse I with a large group, including kids. The location was so convenient for getting on the mountain. The kitchen was well-stocked so that we could cook dinner on most nights. We had plenty of room to spread out so that each family had their privacy, but with nice gathering areas in the living room and kitchen. We would definitely recommend this rental to others and would come back again!

We had a wonderful time in Treehouse-1. THANX FOR A VERY SPECIAL STAY FOR ALL OF US!!! Loved the crib and high chair, and ample supplies. Also the dining and living room were great for all of us. Suggestions include more hooks for pajamas, towels, coats and parkas.

Property is a little old but this particular unit is remodeled and upgraded. Furniture, beds, bathrooms, kitchen supplies, etc are all wonderful! Can’t beat the location, right next to the Village. (Restaurants, shopping, etc)

My family of 7 wanted a nice clean place to stay in Mammoth. We wanted 7 individual comfortable beds as well. Everything was as described! The condo was spotless and conveniently located. David and Marian were both very helpful before and during our stay. There was so much to do in Mammoth and this was definitely the perfect place to stay.

We loved staying at this condo! It was spacious and central to the location. We are so happy we got to stay at this condo and the one that is down the hall to accomodate our group. The owner and manager were great! We will love to stay again

Our family, three generations, had a fantastic time in Treehouse 1 this past ten days. Not only were the amenities beautifully appointed, but the location being so close to the Village and the shuttles made getting around super convenient Both the on-site manager and rental agent were right there for any questions or problems we had. We would definitely use this condo again. The snowboarding in July was a super special bonus!

My family and friends greatly enjoyed our recent stay at Mammoth in Treehouse #1. The location is really convenient to Mammoth Village and the Gondola to the Canyon Lodge. The unit had excellent modern conveniences we all appreciated in terms of gas fireplaces, Internet enabled HD TV's, high speed internet, appliances, natural gas grill, etc. The condominium was really clean and was more or less perfect amount of space for our large group of 10 people. It was also great to have the two most convenient ski lockers to the outside so that we never had to bring equipment beyond the first floor. The heated, underground garage was also perfect as it snowed significantly during our visit but our vehicles stayed warm and dry and did not need to be cleaned. We would definitely come back to Mammoth and stay at Treehouse....

This condo has it all! Very modern and welcoming with everything you need to be comfortable. The location couldn't be better with easy access to both Mammoth mountain and good restaurants. Couldn't ask for more!

The accommodations were as advertised, we were surprised that it was even nicer than the photos. Extremely convenient for everything Mammoth! Everything was nicely labeled for newcomers with easy directions for use. All the bedding and living area was very comfortable, kitchen was beautiful, clean and well stocked, and the little nook beds are great! We found plenty of towels and perfect amount of toiletries for our stay. A very comfortable condo. Property Manager was great, from the very fast response time, informative directions, and willingness to be flexible as well as fair during the big winter storm!

We stayed in Treehouse 1 and it worked out amazing. The property is very clean, comfortable and unique. We had a large group and the main living area was great for all of us to hang out in. The property is in a great location for restaurants, nightlife and access to the mountain gondola. Underground parking is great during the winter. We will certainly stay here again if it is available. Matt

To begin with, the place was in a perfect location. The accommodations were great and the place is very well maintained. If you had any issues, they took care of it which is huge in my book. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars was due to some of the goofy layouts of the rooms. It is perfect for a large family scenario but a little tricky if you have all adults. But overall I was very happy with my stay!
